Deterministic cores under emergent surfaces. Our systems are built to hold, so the worlds on top of them can afford to surprise.
Vitruviac Games
We build simulated worlds where every system is measured, and every measure is alive.
Three measures of every world
Vitruvius asked that architecture be strong, useful and beautiful. Two thousand years later we ask the same of a simulation.
Every mechanic earns its place. We prototype until a rule is load-bearing, then cut everything it does not need.
Proportion is a feeling before it is a number. We tune light, sound and pacing until the whole resonates.
Places that keep running while you look away
One world in players' hands. Two under construction.
Paralux
A cooperative descent into an interior that was never meant to be found. Find your party. Keep the lights on.
Codename Meridian
A living economy on a world that keeps its own time.
Codename Lattice
Geometry as terrain. Built from the canon outward.
Living systems, not scripted scenes
Our worlds are driven by rules that keep running whether or not anyone is watching. Weather, economies, crowds and threats are simulated, so what you find is never staged.
- 01
Deterministic core
Fixed-step simulation that replays identically on every machine. The foundation for fair multiplayer.
- 02
Emergent behaviour
Simple agents, layered rules, unpredictable outcomes. We author the conditions, not the story.
- 03
Procedural geometry
Spaces generated from proportion systems, so every corridor, room and horizon obeys the same measure.
- 04
Persistent servers
Official servers keep the simulation running between sessions. Return and find the world has moved on.
Small team. Exact intentions.
Vitruviac Games is an independent studio named for the Roman architect who wrote down what makes a structure worth standing in. We make systems-driven games with the same conviction: measure everything, then let it breathe.
We design, build and compose in-house, prototype in public with our community, and ship when the proportions are right rather than when a calendar says so.
